2. Find an article on-line that talks about the topic from Gatsby you have selected to write about. (spend about 20-30 minutes on this)
- Make sure you paste the link into the Gatsby Essay document (you should already have a copy of this)
- Read and annotate the article
I know that period 9/10 does not have their book (thanks lazy printing company). Therefore, I found a digital copy of the book to help you. Also, I gave a little summary of each chapter in order to help expedite your evidence finding.
Here is a summary of the chapters:
1- Intro to the characters as well as East and West Egg
2- Tom and Myrtle's party in the apartment
3- Nick goes to Gatsby's Party
4- Nick and Gatsby go to lunch and meet Wolfsheim and Jordan tells Nick about Daisy and Gatsby
5- Gatsby ad Daisy's date
6- Past about Dan Cody and Tom and Daisy go to Gatsby's party
7- The hotel and Myrtle is killed
8- Wilson kills Gatsby
